Flavours of the month

French blackgaze band Alcest released a new album last summer and their marvellous new single 'Oiseaux de proie' is my favourite song of the month. New work by Portugal. The Man, Elbow, Strands Of Oak, The Last Shadow Puppets and Run the Jewels provide enough reasons to get really excited over this month's catch, and do check The Moonlandingz, Emmit Fenn and The Amazons, really nice discoveries of this month.
