The London jazz scene is hot nowadays. Think of artists such as Sons Of Kemet, The Comet Is Coming, Nubya Garcia, Ezra Collective, several of whom are listed in our September top 30. Kendrick Lamar proves to be invincible, as 'The Heart Part 5' is still the number 1. The Lounge Society is one of the most exciting post-punk bands at the moment, and each single of their debut album Tired Of Liberty is a real pleasure to listen to. Amazing feat for The Mars Volta, with three songs in this month's list, and two songs each for Ezra Collective, The Comet Is Coming, Djo, and Danger Mouse (one with Broken Bells, one with Black Thought). Interesting collab of Gorillaz with Tame Impala and Bootie Brown. And oh yes, Arctic Monkeys are back, and their seventh studio album The Car is expected soon.
