Flavours of the month

We're in the middle of summer and the festival season is in full swing. I have 30 songs to present to you. It is remarkable how many artists have more than one song in this month's list. There is of course the cluster bomb Kendrick Lamar dropped and, likewise, my beloved black midi released a brand new album called Hellfire. Both feature with three songs in this chart. Both will rank very high in any end-of-year album chart. Then there is The Mars Volta with two singles from an upcoming album, and the same goes for Billie Eilish, who quite unexpectedly dropped two new songs. Interpol also released a fourth single 'Gran Hotel', but the previous single 'Fables' is, of course, still in this chart, as it is awesome. Great new album by the way, poetically called The Other Side Of Make-Believe. All the other bands are in there once. Oh, and Young Fathers and The Murder Capital are back! To conclude, we have the same #1 as last month. King Kendrick indeed. It might be his best song yet.
