Flavours of the month
Apart from sharing poems, literary tips and poetry event reviews (most of which is in Dutch), this blog also tries to post a list of exciting new singles on a monthly basis. So it's time for the first monthly singles list of the year, and a chance to discover loads of new artists: our number one Mosa Wild, Jens Lekman, Ten Fé, Emmit Fenn, The Bay Rays. Very high in the list we have Josh Klinghoffer's side project Dot Hacker (yes, you know him, he's the current guitar player of Red Hot Chili Peppers), a must-hear! Meanwhile, we have some intriguing new singles by some of the dinosaurs of the music industry: David Bowie (from an EP released after his death), Deep Purple, Slowdive, Grandaddy. It also seems Childish Gambino has made a huge hit single with 'Redbone'. There's also some local talent involved, such as Kyoko's new solo single and Antwerp-based singer-songwriter Strange Ways Of Attraction. Check it out!
