It's been a while since I posted my 30 favourite singles of the moment. dEUS has been my number 1 for a long time now. Other bands are thinking of ways 'How To Replace It', but have been unsuccessfully so far. Girl band boygenius gets pretty close though, their latest single being the catchiest tune of the moment, ready to become a true 20s classic. Phoebe Bridgers' buddies of The National complete the top 3 with 'Eucalyptus' but their duet is nowhere to be seen. Fontaines D.C. did a Nick Drake cover. Opus Kink is the hottest post-punk band of the moment. Don't miss them at Trix this week! Sleaford Mods, Temples and Iguana Death Cult each feature twice in this month's list. And if you haven't checked out bar italia, please do so and thank me later.
