Top 100 romans

Er werd weer heel wat gelezen het afgelopen jaar en de jaarlijkse top 100 die ik hier post kreeg dus weer een flinke update, met al sinds vanouds Jonathan Coe op 1 (en 2, en...). Een goed leesjaar is er één waarin een pas gelezen boek de top 10 haalt en dat is dit jaar niet gelukt, al wist Irvine Welsh wel de 17e plaats te veroveren met Porno, de 23e met Trainspotting, en de 40e met A Decent Ride, en dat is lang niet slecht, want deze lijst is die van mijn favoriete romans die ik ooit heb gelezen. Wonderkind van de Vlaamse literatuur, en tevens schaalgenote (10 op de schaal van Dichter) Lize Spit haalt de 33e plaats met het weergaloze Het Smelt, en de verslavende klepper Infinite Jest van David Foster Wallace belandt op 36! Ook zijn er heel wat nieuwe Verhulsten aan de lijst toegevoegd, en ook een Verhelst met het zeer fascinerende Zwerm. Maar goed. Check de lijst vooral zelf!
